1、通知寫作要點(diǎn)
通知作為英語寫作的一種常見類型,不論是口頭通知還是書面通知都有比較明確的格式要求。
口頭通知寫作要點(diǎn)
要有稱呼用語。如:在正式場(chǎng)合用的Ladies and gentlemen,對(duì)學(xué)生用的Boys and girls等。
開頭語和結(jié)束語都必不可少。
時(shí)態(tài)問題??陬^通知是要告訴大家即將進(jìn)行的活動(dòng),因此要以一般將來時(shí)為主。
人稱問題??陬^通知常用第二人稱表示被通知的對(duì)象。
假如你是校學(xué)生會(huì)主席,新年即將到來。為了幫助你校的外國留學(xué)生更好地了解中國文化,學(xué)生會(huì)將為他們舉辦一個(gè)新年晚會(huì)。請(qǐng)你根據(jù)以下提示,用英語向他們發(fā)出口頭通知。
1.時(shí)間:下周五6:00—8:00;
2.地點(diǎn):教學(xué)樓101室;
3.內(nèi)容:①唱中國歌;②比賽用筷子;③學(xué)習(xí)包餃子。

書面通知寫作要點(diǎn)
通告注釋上方的正中位置寫上Notice/Memo(首字母必須大寫)。
發(fā)出通知的單位一般寫在注釋結(jié)束后的右下角。
發(fā)出通知的日期一般寫在右上角;單位和日期兩項(xiàng)不可以省略。
通告不寫稱呼,也沒有結(jié)束語。
通告的注釋就是通告的內(nèi)容,這是主體部分,包括通知的對(duì)象、事由、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)(who、what、where、when)等,語言應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)約明白,條理清楚,要求明確。
請(qǐng)根據(jù)提示寫一份通知。
1. 10班在本周五晚上要開個(gè)英語晚會(huì)。
2.晚飯后6:30在教室集合,晚會(huì)7:00開始。
3.每個(gè)同學(xué)都要表演一個(gè)節(jié)目,內(nèi)容不限。
4.歡迎老師和全班同學(xué)參加。

2、便函寫作要點(diǎn)
便函寫作的內(nèi)容及格式如下:
Date:(日期,如September 12, 2021)
To:(收文人,如All Faculty)
From:(發(fā)文人,如Jim B. Hardemann)
Subject:(事由,如Faculty Meeting)
其中,需要注意的地方包括:
在Date、To、From、Subject字樣后填上相應(yīng)的內(nèi)容;
不用稱呼和結(jié)尾禮詞;
發(fā)文人的姓名首字母寫在與正文末行空一行的地方。
